Cancellation Policy	Free cancellation 5days prior to check in date. After 5days, equivalent to fare for booking period but maximum 5nights.
Payment	Please provide us your credit card detail when the reservation has confirmed We will charge your credit card at the time of noon of 10 days from your reservation date. If you cancel after the reservation and the refund has occurred, we will return the amount to your credit card account.

＜House Rules＞

1.  No Smoking (All Rooms, Whole Area including Elevator Hall, Toilet and Balcony). The smoking is only permitted in the Designated Area at Garage. When Smoking at Non-Designated Area, we will charge 10,000 yen as a Cleaning and Recovery Fee.

2.  Please Do Not hold a Rave Party, or Big Get-together Party.

3.  Garbage Policy, please devide into Three Categories (Burnable, Non-Burnable, Can and Bottle) and put into the Garbage Bin for each categories. Please Do Not leave a Big or Bulky Garbage in the room and bring them with you.

4.  No Pet is allowed.

5.  We will change towels once in 3days, Bed Linens once in a week on Request. Please contact the Reception on 5th Floor.

6.  Please lock the key of the Room when you go out. Please Return the Room Key to the Reception on 5th Floor. If the Room Key is missing, we will charge ¥50,000 For Replacement as this key is special one.
